Hi.
Can we match your face against the photos?
Why we ask separately.
Face matching uses biometric data. Under Article 9 of the GDPR, that is a special category — we need your explicit consent before we can do it. Standard data-protection rules cover everything else.
What happens if you refuse.
The organisation can still hold photos that include you. We just stop matching new ones to your identity, and we can't show you the ones already in the library through this portal. You can change your mind later.
Thanks. We won't process further.
We won't match any photos to your face. The organisation has been notified that you did not consent to processing.
If you change your mind, the same magic link still works. You can also reach directly.
What can the organisation use the photos for?
Matching your face against the library.
Usually a few minutes. You can leave this tab open or come back later — we'll email when it's done.
Take a selfie to finish.
The selfie is used to identify you in the photos, so your decisions can be matched with the right images.
